Rental/Leasing/Loan Program
The Cultural Arts Connection is proud to make available to the community of partner nonprofit organizations, schools and community groups, CAC's technical equipment and extensive music library, for rental, short-term leasing or loaning.
As a registered nonprofit organization, school or community group member, you have access to the Cultural Arts Connection's technical equipment, choral risers and choral sheet music. This can be rented or leased upon availability and music may be made available through the music library. You may be required to sign a "Terms & Conditions" agreement, present proof of liability insurance, and place a small monetary deposit upon pick up of equipment with the final payment due upon return of all items.
Pick up and return of all items will be the responsibility of your organization, prearranged with a Cultural Arts Connection representative. Payment of all outstanding fees will be expected on the day of return, with full payment requested upon inspection of items returned as set forth in the "Terms & Conditions" contract.

Music Lending Library
The Cultural Arts Connection also has an extensive Choral Sheet Music Library available for loan with over 3,000 pieces. You may be requested to present a program outline prior to the acceptance of your request. As stated under copyright laws, this music may not be duplicated or copied. All performance or copyright fees will be the responsibility of your organization. A small deposit will be requested upon pick up of music. Any and all outstanding fees as set forth in the "Terms and Conditions" will be collected upon inventory and inspection of all returned items prearranged with a Cultural Arts Connection representative. The Cultural Arts Connection will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, reserves the right of refusal based on the "Terms & Conditions" as set forth by the CAC organization.
