Student Art Exhibit a Huge SuccessOver 100 pieces of artwork on exhibit by student artistToday's Date -- July 21, 2003 Letter to student artists: July 21, 2003 To Ela Fine Arts Show Student Arts and Parents:A special thank you for participating and being a part of the Ela Fine Arts Show Student Art Exhibit and Sale. We could not have done it without you!!!
I truly appreciate your involvement and enthusiasm in supporting this opportunity for students. To continue this great tradition we need parent volunteers to help plan next year’s exhibit. (This was the 8th year Cultural Arts Connection hosted a Student Art Exhibit.) Most committees meet only a few times throughout the year, and require only a few hours. There will be an informational meeting for parents (students are welcome also) on October 7 at 9 am at the Ela Public Library. Please mark your calendars – your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
It was great to meet and get to know all of you. I hope to see you on October 7, 2003 and again at next year’s show on June 5, 2004. Keep creating your wonderful art,
Sincerely, Natalie Trumbull Student Art Exhibit Coordinator
The goal of the Student Art Exhibit and Sale is to provide encouragement for students to develop their craft and gain hands-on experiences in the arts.
